“The delivery was fine and the people we met with while receiving and returning our skis were very nice. However, I was very disappointed with my equipment, and only got a decent pair of skis on my last day, despite paying extra for performance plus skis. Then the manager tried to scam me, by claiming I should pay extra for some damage he claim my son did to some skis. Not only was there no visible damage to the skis, and certainly nothing we could see or noted when we returned them, but I had paid extra for a damage waiver for each ski for each day. It left me with a very bad impression of ski butlers. ”
