There is free parking outside the gates of Beaver Creek. Located just east of Beaver Creek on Highway 6, the Bear lot offers free parking. From there, take a free shuttle bus into the Village.
Lift tickets can be expensive so be sure to buy them online in advance for the best prices. The best deal is the Epic Pass but only if you will be skiing for more than 5-6 days and is good at all Vail Resorts' locations (Beaver Creek, Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Heavenly).
Adequately hydrate yourself before and during your trip as it helps in adjusting to our altitude.
Wear sunblock on those bright, ‘bluebird’ days. The sun's UV rays are amplified by the snow and altitude.
Consider flying into the Eagle/Vail airport. It’s only 25 minutes away and you won’t experience the road delays that occur up valley between Vail and Denver.
