I find the service offered by Ski Butler to be top notch. Comparison to a shop is just not possible as the convenience, quickness of transaction and the interaction with one person focused on you and your needs is best I have found. Can't imagine renting any other way.

We have used Ski Butlers for several years, and have been very happy with the epuipment. The employees have always been courteous and professional. They have always been on time, even checking to make sure our plane has arrived on schedule so that we will be at home at the agreed upon time. What a pleasure to have everything delivered to our house and not having to wait in line at ski school or various rental companies. Your web site also makes it easy to do everything ahead online.

When my 9 year old needed an adjustment on her bindings, 1 call and 30 min later she was back on the lift. Very timely and professional.

Wow! What a delight it was renting my equipment from Ski Butlers! They answer the phone on the first ring, remember me from previous seasons, take time to assure a proper fit, show up on time for delivery, their equipment is top drawer, and their pricing is a full 20 % lower than the ski rental shop (Beaver Creek Sports) at my hotel (Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch).
For years I have rented from Ski Butlers while staying at the Ritz. This year I decided to use Beaver Creek Sports as it is attached to my hotel. Seemed like a good idea until.... I had to deal with long lines, disinterested employees who lacked training, dirty boots, a broken ski pole which an employee tried to convince me would not be a problem (huh?), and my skis "lost" within moments of completing the rental transaction. I asked why the rental was expensive as compared to other rental companies in the area and the Beaver Cteek Sports employee told me some of their equipment is new so even though my set was clearly quite old, other customers received brand new equipment. According to this employee, I was just unlucky on this rental. I asked if I could trade my equipment in for one of the new sets and he laughed.
Fast forward 24 hours later, I turned my junk equipment back in to Beaver Creek Sports, called Ski Butlers and they took care of me just as they have every previous year- like a valued customer. This is how nice they are- I misplaced my ski boots and Ski Butlers offered to deliver a duplicate pair to me at no additional cost in order to avoid missing any ski time, how about that! And the lost boots did surface the next day, just as the Ski Butlers employee predicted.
All in all, a well run company with a great attitude, superior service, competitive pricing, and WAY better rental equipment. Love that Ski Butlers!

Mike and Zach were AWESOME!!! Even though it was late in the day and they had several appointments to keep after ours they were very patient and thorough making sure the 4 of us were satisfied with all our equipment the day we arrived. My son wanted to exchange his snowboard for skis and my wife wanted shorter skies after we had been at Beaver Creek for a couple of days. It was no problem at all for the Ski Butlers. I would highly, highly recommend them for your next ski vacation. I will most certainly use them again.

Showed up on time to fit myself and two kids. After skiing for 2 days decided I needed smaller boot size. Ski Butler met me the next morning with 2 pairs to choose from. We decided to cut vacation short by a day. Called Ski Butler, they picked up skis early, gave me a days credit. Best experience I've ever had with any rental company, anywhere!

After a very long day getting to Vail, and checking in to our hotel and unpacking it was just great having our equipment delivered within a 20 minute phonecall to our hotel.Unfortunately I chose boots thst were too big and therefore uncomfortable. I highly recommend Ski Butlers to anyone! I used Ski Butler for the first time in Vail, CO in February. Not only did they deliver as promised, but they went above and beyond. We decided to change the skis we were using due to the conditions. They came out to our room 2 more times to swap skis and boots at no charge to us! Then when we were leaving we had to catch a flight earlier than expected so Ski Butlers picked up our equipment after we left without us there. We didn't have to hassel with getting the equipment to them! This is hands down the best way to rent your ski equipment. You have gained a loyal customer.

2 bad things - my bindings were set incorrectly and i had to get someone at beaver creek rentals to adjust so boot would fit in bindings. Also, boots were a lower quality than i hoped. Good news - i ordered skies too long and your guys came out a brought me a smaller set which helped a lot. I will use you again but will try out skis in bindings and double check comfort of boot better when they are first delivered.

The staff arrives when promised, the equipment is as expected, and the service and convenience is above what I have received elsewhere for ski rentals. Excellent customer service and convenience. The Ski Butler representatives came at the appointed time to deliver our equipment and picked it up when we were done. I would definitely recommend to others.

We have used Ski Butlers for several years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The equipment is often brand new and first rate. All the employees we have dealt with have been very helpful and professional. They have always come at the time requested, with additional sizes and equipment should the sizes we specified not fit correctly. We will definitely recommend Ski Butlers to all our friends!

Ski Butlers were incredibly convenient, courteous, and the quality of the equipment was amazing. Renting ski equipment can be on of the most stressful parts of the trip, especially if you have kids. Ski Butlers eliminated that! The ability to have your equipment delivered, fit, and adjusted in your accomodations was a huge bonus. The ski butler came to our room exactly at the time they said they would be there. Dressed professionally in a uniform and well-spoken, Jared, our "ski butler" was pleasant and knowledgeable. On the second day that I skied, I experienced pain and we called the ski butler from the mountain. By the time I skied down the mountain, "ski butlers" was waiting there for me with a more comfortable boot.They also reimbursed me for the extra money I was paying since I then switched to a less expensive and more comfortable boot. This was my first time skiing out west and first time using ski butler's. They are worth the price and I will definately recommend them and will be using them again.

My two daughters accompanied our friend's family to go skiing at Beaver Creek while my wife and I stayed home (Florida). Since neither of us were going to be there, we were concerned about their ski equipment rentals, especially at busy shops. We were also worried about equipment problems arising after they received and started using the equipment. We found Ski Butlers on the internet and read about the services they provide, including coming to your place of stay and return trips to resolve any equipment issues. They were slightly higher than other places we found, but if their services proved to be true then it would totally be worth the extra costs. It did really sound too good to be true, (and you know what they say about that phrase) but we figured it would still be better than a rental shop, so we chose to go with Ski Butlers. Now that my daughters have returned from their ski trip I can honestly say that Ski Butlers is awesome and played a major role in their trip being very enjoyable and flawless when it came to the ski equipment. They proved to be true! The sign up process on the internet was very smooth. We requested the Roxie "ladies only" skis and they were delivered as requested. My friend did not request any particular ski and my friend's daughter was slightly jealous of my two daughter's Roxie equipment. We love this service. Our flight was delayed and our bags with our boots packed inside did not arrive until a day later. A simple call to your Vail location and the ski deliver to the hotel ski lockers was rescheduled to coordinate with the boot delivery. Adjusting the skis to our boots took only 10 minutes. The skis were great and we had a terrific time skiing the vast Vail terrain. Several times in the past I bought skis which were then immediately obsolete the following year; I love skiing on your top of the line and current equipment. On Friday, your staff picked up the skis right at the base of the mountain where my group met for a few adult beverages. While everyone else in our club was lugging their equipment back to the hotel and then onto the plane, we never carried the skis past he last chair lift. We'll be back again next year. Joe & Nancy C
