Thank you from Ski Butlers Vail!
Greetings from snowy Vail, Colorado! Monday mornings after the resorts close are always an interesting time…the roads seem to be less busy, parking lots appear to be empty, and many are still in bed from the previous weekend’s activities.

Ski Butlers Vail and Beaver Creek had their best year to date! By Sunday morning, Vail had 524 inches — the most snowfall the resort has recorded in one season in its 48-year history. Skiing and snowboarding was absolutely superb all season. Our customers had the opportunity to experience wonderful skiing conditions while also receiving top-notch customer service from all of us at Ski Butlers.

For those that traveled to Vail this past weekend, the resort offered many different activities to enjoy. There were free concerts in the Vail Village, World Pond Skimming Championships at Golden Peak and quite a few parties on the mountain.

We are already looking towards next season. We have totally re-vamped all of our equipment and are excited for the new ‘Powder Line.’ We have further developed our relationship with the Rossignol Group and have picked the best of the best skis for next year. We will be working hard this summer creating more relationships with local contacts in addition to putting things in place to take even better care of our customers. Our focus at Ski Butlers is taking care of the customer.

As many businesses close down for the next month, Vail is a spot you should visit over the summer. The villages will be bustling beginning on Memorial Day Weekend. You can enjoy epic hiking, mountain biking, concerts, celebrations all while getting to see the mountains when they are green! Summers in the mountains are truly spectacular.

Thank you for another excellent season in Vail, Colorado! We look forward to seeing you next season!
A Big Thanks To Our Loyal Customers!

On behalf of everyone at Ski Butlers, I want to say thank you for being a loyal customer and being a part of a special year at Ski Butlers. I cannot put into words how much we appreciate your steadfast loyalty.

This year at Ski Butlers has been nothing short of incredible. To sum it up, we had a blast and we hope that you had a blast on your ski vacation and your experience with Ski Butlers.

As Ski Butlers has grown to serve over 30 North American ski resorts, more and more people want to know the secret to our success. The answer is very simple and lies in the Ski Butlers Way: “Take care of your customers and employees, and you will grow your business beyond everyone’s wildest dreams.”

To attain such high levels of customer service, we treat our employees like owners. We give them respect and opportunities to grow, which encourages them to keep you, our customer, happy. This is a powerful combination. In my mind, Ski Butlers is a customer service company that happens to deliver ski rentals.

As Ski Butlers finishes up this season and we look towards next season, our focus is how to keep improving on our customer service to exceed your expectations. One of the biggest improvements will come from our new partnership with the Rossignol Group. The Rossignol Group and Ski Butlers are now working together to offer the same equipment at all our locations, which will give us the consistency that our customers have requested. Next season, if you visit one location and enjoy the equipment, you’ll be able to visit another location and use the same exact equipment. We are creating a similar experience that Starbucks offers; exceptional customer service with consistency throughout all locations.

This is an exciting time to be a part of Ski Butlers and we cannot thank you enough for being a loyal customer and making this all possible. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, testimonials, or stories, please feel free to e-mail me personally at bryn@skibutlers.com.

Sincerely,

Bryn Carey

Telluride closes the season with Snow?

As always the mountain closed with a heck of a party!  The weather was typical to what you might expect on the last day of the season – full on blizzard conditions!  A little disheartening to know you wouldn’t be able to access this new snow via a lift but if you were willing to put in some effort the turns on Monday were great.

Ski Butlers wants to thank everyone that visited us this past season and helped to make it our best season yet!  We are already getting very excited about next year, hopefully that Jet Stream drops a bit so that we can take full advantage of the new line up of skis we will be offering next year and of course, “The Powder Line”!  It truly was a lot of fun this year, we met a lot of great people who were very excited to be on vacation in one of the most stunning places in this country, and based on our NPS score, they seemed very pleased with the service.

Telluride is a very different town right now, very quiet.  Both Telluride and Mountain Village will close up for a bi t while everyone recharges their batteries and migrates to Moab for a couple weeks.  Come June Telluride and Mountain Village come alive again as the summer festivals start.  The Telluride Bluegrass Festival, which has an unbelievable line-up this year kicks of the summer festival schedule on June 17th through the 20th.  4 days of incredible music, beautiful scenery, and great people – a time not to be missed.

It seems as though every weekend from this point on is filled with something exciting and interesting, whether it’s a film fest, an outdoor concert, yoga, art exhibit, you name it, it will probably be going on this summer in Telluride.  With all this going on it’s easy to give yourself a reason to experience Telluride in the summer, but in reality, the only reason you need to come to Telluride in the summer for is simply because it is one of the most beautiful places you will ever see!
