  • Does Ski Butlers bring extra boot sizes? Yes, Ski Butlers brings a variety of boot sizes to ensure a perfect fit.  
  • What if there is a problem with the equipment during the rental? Ski Butlers will take care of the problem.  Ski Butlers will either meet you at the mountain or back at your lodging accommodations.
  • Can I switch to a snowboard during my rental? Yes, as long as there is availability. There is a $25 switch fee.
  • When do you charge the credit card and what is the cancellation policy?  We charge the credit card after the delivery.  Any reservation cancelled within 72 hours of delivery will be charged a one-day rental per renter.
  • What are the benefits of signing up for an account?  Ski Butlers will keep your information on file for easier reservations in the future.  Ski Butlers will also keep track of the exact equipment you have rented.  If you have already made a reservation and want to create an account please go to “Find a Reservation” and then select “Create Account” on the “Confirmation Page” of your reservation.
  • Can I rent skis for an entire season? Yes Ski Butlers new Ski Leasing program allows for seasonal rentals.  Please call 1-877-754-7754 for prices and to make a reservation.
  • Can I buy the skis I rent? Ski Butlers will credit you two rental days towards the purchase of the equipment you rented if you choose to buy the equipment.
