Kids skis and boots seemed really used since there has not been that much snow, just thought the selection would have been better. Also, loved the delivery to the condo. Overall, great, just think you need newer equipment.

This is the third time I have used Ski Butlers. They are the best.They make you fell like a valued customer each time. I love not having to stand in line and fighting the heards of people. I called them with a time change and they had no problem with any of my needs. I will not use any other ski rental business you guys rock.

We rented through Rocky Mountain Getwaways, so I'm not sure how the rental part went, but we were extremely happy with our service. We called as we were driving into Breckenridge, and they were there with our equipment before we could unpack. On our last day, we called as we got off the lifts, and Ski Butlers were there within 15 minutes to pick up the equipment.

This is a great service! the best part was that I never had to wait for the ski butler to arrive. He dropped off the equipment at 7.15am (we asked for between 7-8am) and picked them up 15 minutes after we called.

This is my third year using Ski Butlers for our family ski trip.6 of us from Florida, all renting equipment. Everything,helmets, boots, skis & poles are provided. The process is fast and easy and the young men are very knowledgeable and polite. My skis could have used a wax and my daughter's boots were a bit uncomfortable. I know if we had called, Ski Butlers would have been there, swapped the boots and waxed my skis but we used a band-aid and I decided that it was best for me not to be skiing too fast. We decided not to bring our equipment for this trip and rent when we arrived in Breckenridge. We have rented on other occassions and decided to splurge and use Ski Butler due to the convenience. The experience was wonderful. Staff was pleasant, knowledgable, and committed to customer satisfaction.

Ski Butlers is an excellent way to rent skis. This is the 4th time we've rented skis from them. The quality of their equipment is good but it is their service that really keeps us coming back. All the people we've met with Ski Butlers are prompt, courteous, and friendly. We had a boot fit issue (too large) and when we called them they returned to our condo within 30 minutes with a new pair without complaint or issue. High recommended!

I have been using Ski Butlers in Vail, Deer Valley, Keystone, Breckenridge and Park City for seven years or so. With two kids, something always needs to be exchanged or fixed and I have never been unhappy with the service. The techs show up magically and get everyone back on the mountain quickly.

The Ski Butler experience was our first and it was awesome!! With 3 kids the ski rental processes can be grueling but with Ski Butlers coming to our condo allowing the kids to watch tv or play games while waiting for their fitting was great. The employees were extremely helpful, on time, and courteous. The equipment was less than ideal. I switched out the boots and they were worse. The replacement skis were so dull that they ruined my last day of skiing. The price, to deliver to the lobby of my building, was more than to rent closer to the lift. I would say it was equally convenient, for more money, and less quality and selection. Probably wouldn't rent again.

Outstanding Service. Steamboat Ski butlers spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining exquipment and recommendations based on conditions. Then they went ahead and booked both my Steamboat reservation and Breck and called Breck to reserve my skis. Our group got to Breckenridge at two different times and they did not hesitate one second to deliver our equipment at two different times. Our sons snow board broke while skiing and they came to our condo to replace it. It took them awhile that day to get there so they gave us a discount on the rental for that day!!! Everyone that we had contact with whether on the phone with the reservations or in person at delivery and pick up were very friendly and very knowledgeable!!! What a great experience! We will be calling again on our next trip skiing!!! Thanks for making our trip so easy!

The service was prompt and flexible, the ski equipment was excellent, the prices were very reasonable and guess what - NO LINES!! I had a family of 6 to equip and everything went smoothly - we even had a case of missing skis on the last hour of our rental - (which turned out to be a case of mistaken ski identity) - but Ski Butlers' staff was very understanding until the situation was resolved. I was a bit disapointed with this year's equipment, especially the boots. The ski's were OK but the boots were not a great fit. For whatever reason the first pair I tried were too small but the second pair were a bit too large. Not a show stopper, I just felt a little squirelly from time to time without a snug fit.

They brought everything to our room before the lifts opened. The equipment was great. When I decided that afternoon that I wanted a smaller boot, they came back out with two pairs for me to try on.
