Ski Bultler is a great company in my experience,... they met us at the mountain to give us our equipment and met us at the mountain to pickup our equipment, just as we needed them to. They even gave us a ride to our car in the parking lot to help as we were running late for the airport.

The reason we use ski butlers is the great service and quality of the equipment. They are very flexiable on pick up and delivary and always there when and if there is a problem. IE: I broke a set of poles and they had replacemnts at my door the next morning.

Ski Butlers responded within minutes to any issues we had. They were more knowledgable than the ski school teachers.
One thing which would be nice is a place to store the equipment at the slopes. Also, bringing more than one boot style of the same size would have been helpful; asking if they had big calves, too.

I was very impressed with my boots and board rental! Ski Butlers gave us additional time on our last day of skiing to go to Keystone and take in some night skiing while on our trip and was very prompt when bringing and picking up our rented equipment. They also came to the house we were renting and were very helpful in giving us tips on skiing and where the best spots would be to start out. I will for sure be coming back and renting from Ski Butlers in the near future!

I had my skis mistakenly taken from the Quicksilver area late Friday afternoon. My friend and I planned to check out of our place early Saturday to go ski Vail and I was worried about getting replacement skis in time. I had to go to the Ski Butlers location in Breckenridge to pick up the skis because there weren't enough employees to deliver them. Also, I really didn't like the skis I was given. They were Rossignols,which I understand to be the exclusive supplier for Ski Butlers. They were dangerously unstable and I had to work hard just to keep from catching an edge on run-outs. I was not satisfied with the service or the equipment.

Wow, what a great service! This was our first experience with ski butlers and the entire process was great for our family. Reservations were simple, delivery staff was early, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Pick up at weeks end was a breeze and took place right at our ski locker at the end of our last day. Best of all there was no waiting in long spring break lines in the rental shops for equipment. We look forward to using ski butlers again in the future.

The butlers that brought us our equipment were excellent! They took their time with us and were very friendly and professional.
I did not use one of the sets of equipment - the junior (Olivia) skiier as she was enrolled in ski school for three days and her equipment was included in the rental. I did not call it in the day after the delivery. In hindsight I shouldve. Perhaps I would have been able to receive some sort of credit.
Otherwise, we were very satisfied with Ski Butlers. Thank you!

I had a pair of ski boots that hurt pretty bad after the first day, I called the night of, and someone came to my condo that same day and fitted me for a new boot that was much better the rest of the week! Ski Butlers was a great service. They the associates were right on time, especially when we had to get a helmut for my son in short order the first morning on the slopes. Alec delivered the equipment initially and was very courteous and informative. The equipment was very good but the snowboard my son used was a bit nicked up like it had been over a few rocks and the edges could have used a little tuneup. The only problem we had was with my boots. The heel would get packed with snow & it took pounding & digging with the ski pole point to get it off. Since the boots fit, I stuck with pounding out the snow. This happened even if I just stepped in the snow 1 step.

I used Ski Butlers for the first time last ski season at Tahoe and again this year at Breckenridge. As far as I am concerned this is the only way I will rent skis ever again. You might find a less expensive option, but you won't find anyone with a more convenient option, or a higher level of friendly and knowledgeable service.

Given the opportunity, I may never rent from anyone other than Ski Butlers. Their service was excellent (understated)! They exceeded our expectations on many levels: In-room fitting and delivery was more convenient than I've ever experienced. Alec (our Butler) was most helpful in numerous ways. He was informative, prompt w/ delivery, congenial, professional and knowledgeable not only about skiing, but about Breckenridge as a whole (dining, night life, shops, etc...). Additionally, my significant other had an issue w/ her boots being too tight. We called Ski Butlers and they were at the base of the mountain w/in 15 min. w/ 2 alternate boots for her to try. I cannot provide a recommendation high enough for such a quality equipment rental service! Thanks Again for doing more than your part in making our trip enjoyable!

On the first day they were there when scheduled @730a, timely, helpful, quick and convienent. The second day we needed more equipment that we had scheduled in advance and they were almost 1 1/2 hrs late arriving to the condo. That is the only complaint we had, other than that, very convienent. I do wish they had coupon offers that would make Ski Butlers more competetive.

Excellent service. We were on a 3 day 'quickie' friom Chicago with our 2 children in tow. What a PLEASURE to not spend the time standing in line and waiting. We arrived at our condo at 1pm, had the skis by 1:30; and were on the hill by 2.
Very good service.
The only note is that we forgot (and I do not think we were offered) to rent helmets. Suggest you offer them if you do not.

I thought the guys that came to bring the skis were the best! Everyone was most helpful! The only thing I would suggest is just increase your prices rather than the tipping thing. In a day where everyone puts out a jar, it is really getting frustrating. I don't do this in my business....I just ask for the amount I need. Customers really get tired of not knowing what the real price is...One ends up paying up to 20% more and can be the reason for just going into Christis...we rented skis there also for one of our skiers and were in and out of there in 15 minutes....on the busiest weekend..
I loved Ski butler bc the guys were incredible. My boots were horrible though....they were the worst I had ever put on my feet...yet there weren't many choices. They were very old and I had no choice during the day to change bc I would have had to wait, come off the slopes and try on again...That's about a 2 hour process.

Both sets of boots we had were not well suited to our feet and my left foot developed a neuropryxia as a result. I would recommend you update the boots. We called and got a different set for my friend and it was newer and much better.

Wonderful service and a great idea. I don't believe we would ever go skiing again without the Ski Butler service. It eliminates so much of the first day stress of skiing when everyone is just ready to get on the slopes. I had a glass of wine while we were fitted with our equipment the night before. Pickup was also seamless. The time saved on a trip like this was well worth it.

They delivered the ski equipment to our condo, shortly after our arrival. After the first day, I needed to exchange my boots for a different style, and they were there promptly at 8:00 the next morning with a different pair. When we were ready to turn in our equipment, they were very promptly there to pick it up. Very friendly and efficient service.

We rented through Rocky Mountain Getwaways, so I'm not sure how the rental part went, but we were extremely happy with our service. We called as we were driving into Breckenridge, and they were there with our equipment before we could unpack. On our last day, we called as we got off the lifts, and Ski Butlers were there within 15 minutes to pick up the equipment.

This is a great service! the best part was that I never had to wait for the ski butler to arrive. He dropped off the equipment at 7.15am (we asked for between 7-8am) and picked them up 15 minutes after we called.

This is my third year using Ski Butlers for our family ski trip.6 of us from Florida, all renting equipment. Everything,helmets, boots, skis & poles are provided. The process is fast and easy and the young men are very knowledgeable and polite. My skis could have used a wax and my daughter's boots were a bit uncomfortable. I know if we had called, Ski Butlers would have been there, swapped the boots and waxed my skis but we used a band-aid and I decided that it was best for me not to be skiing too fast. Ski Butlers is an excellent way to rent skis. This is the 4th time we've rented skis from them. The quality of their equipment is good but it is their service that really keeps us coming back. All the people we've met with Ski Butlers are prompt, courteous, and friendly. We had a boot fit issue (too large) and when we called them they returned to our condo within 30 minutes with a new pair without complaint or issue. High recommended!

The employees were extremely helpful, on time, and courteous. The equipment was less than ideal. I switched out the boots and they were worse. The replacement skis were so dull that they ruined my last day of skiing. The price, to deliver to the lobby of my building, was more than to rent closer to the lift. I would say it was equally convenient, for more money, and less quality and selection. Probably wouldn't rent again.

Our group got to Breckenridge at two different times and they did not hesitate one second to deliver our equipment at two different times. Our sons snow board broke while skiing and they came to our condo to replace it. It took them awhile that day to get there so they gave us a discount on the rental for that day!!! Everyone that we had contact with whether on the phone with the reservations or in person at delivery and pick up were very friendly and very knowledgeable!!! What a great experience! I was a bit disapointed with this year's equipment, especially the boots. The ski's were OK but the boots were not a great fit. For whatever reason the first pair I tried were too small but the second pair were a bit too large. Not a show stopper, I just felt a little squirelly from time to time without a snug fit.

Everything went well except for trying to charge us afterwards for things we didnt owe. Also, they messed up one of our service calls. Overall I would say it was a very average experience.

Ski Butlers exceeded our expectations! I was part of a group of 12 friends who organized a ski trip to Breckenridge and we rented our equipment from Ski Butlers. They were great about setting up our group online account and delivered all the equipment to us- for each person they brought one size up and down in order to ensure the perfect fit! They have friendly and professional staff as well as good equipment. They were always available- they even met us within 10 minutes notice when my husband needed his ski equipment checked out while we were skiing! My entire group of friends was very impressed with their service and will definitely rent from them next time!

What a breeze...the Ski Butlers made our trip headache free. They arrived at the house fully equipped and had everyone fitted quickly. The techs were knowledgeable and very helpful. We did not have to wait in the long lines at the base of the mountain to get equipment. What a dream to ski to the house on the last day, call the Ski Butler and have them pick-up the equipment when we were finished. It was great all the way around!

This was the best extra money we could have spent!! Although the cost wasn't much more than regular rental, it was worth every dime and a lot more. To have our skis delivered right to our room and picked up right from our room with no lines and no waiting, was INCREDIBLE! We have already told MANY people about Ski Butlers and will continue to do so! No lines, no waiting, correct equipment, personal FRIENDLY service, who can beat that!

We knew we would be arriving at our cond late, so we chose ski butlers instead of trying to get fitted at the resort rental shop in the morning rush. They brought everything to our room before the lifts opened. The equipment was great. When I decided that afternoon that I wanted a smaller boot, they came back out with two pairs for me to try on. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.
