  • Does Ski Butlers bring extra boot sizes?
    Yes! Yes! Yes! This is our #1 question and we have it covered. Sit back and relax, as we bring a variety of boot sizes to ensure a perfect fit.
     
  • What if there is a problem with the equipment during the rental?
    We're on our way!  Just give us a shout, let us know what's not quite right and we'll make it right!  Boots feel a bit off?  No problem, we'll bring other boots. Skis too long/too short? We've got other sizes! Just give us a call and let us know where to meet you. Kids wearing you down, skiing circles around you? Sorry, you’re on your own for that one.
  • Can I switch to a ski/snowboard during my rental?
    Wow, you are the ambitious type! Yes, as long as there is availability. There is a $25 switch fee.
     
  • Is there a minimum rental period?
    Only two days.
     
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    There is no cancellation policy! You may cancel any time before your scheduled delivery time. The only reason we believe you will cancel is if there is an emergency or you have travel issues. Those are all out of your control and we understand if you have to cancel. (We know, you are thinking, “Boy, those Ski Butlers are so nice!”)
     
  • When do you charge the credit card?
    We charge the credit card after the delivery, not before. The credit card is used to hold your reservation.
     
  • Is there a delivery service fee?
    No way! We don't have any hidden fees.
     
  • What are the benefits of Ski Butlers Plus?
    For starters, you get to brag to your friends. Ski Butlers will keep your information on file for easier and faster reservations.  Login 24/7 and make a reservation, see past reservations, and more.
     
  • Can I make a Ski Butlers Plus account if I already have a reservation?
    We've thought of everything. Please go to the "Reservations" tab and select “Find a Reservation” and then select “Create Account” on the “Confirmation Page” of your reservation.
     
  • Can I buy the skis I rent?
    For sure! Most equipment will not be available to purchase until after President's Weekend. You may also visit our new Ski Butlers Outlet to view the equipment we have for sale.
     
  • Discount Options at Vail/Beaver Creek and Park City/Deer Valley/Canyons/Salt Lake City:
    Save 15% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days or have a group of 15 or more. Blackout dates apply for all discounts for the 2014 - 15 season: 12/19 - 1/4 and 2/12 - 2/22.
     
  • Discount Options at Aspen/Snowmass, Breck/Keystone/Copper, Jackson Hole, Steamboat and Telluride:
    Save 10% when you book online 7 days in advance. Save 15% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days or have a group of 15 or more. Blackout dates apply for all discounts for the 2014 - 15 season: 12/19 -1/4 and 2/12 - 2/22.
     
  • Discount Options at North and South Lake Tahoe:
    South Lake Tahoe save 15% when you book online 7 days in advance. Save 25% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days. North Lake Tahoe save 10% when you book online 7 days in advance. Save 15% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days. Blackout dates apply for all discounts for the 2014 - 15 season: 12/19 - 1/4 and 2/12 - 2/22.
  • Discount Options at Whistler:
    Save 10% when you book online 7 days in advance. No blackout dates for multi-day discounts. Blackout dates apply for all discounts for the 2014 - 15 season: 12/19 - 1/4 and 2/12 - 2/22.
