I will honestly say I was so thoroughly impressed by your service, not only being on time, but by your professionalism, friendly informative nature, and your follow-up. I will never rent anywhere other than Ski Butlers, you guys have set the bar very high for the competition. You are guaranteed to see me back in Whistler. Thanks so much for the great service & equipment, it really started our vacation off on the right foot and you have a customer for life. Service does matter and you guys really have it down.

Refund Policy
All customers will receive a full refund if order is cancelled 72 hours before delivery. All cancellations within 72 hours of delivery will receive a full refund, minus one day rental for each renter. Ski Butlers will charge the order after delivery is complete.
