On the last day your rep called and said they couldn't pick the equipment up at the scheduled time because of the distance from Park C. and asked me to make arrangements with the hotel to stow until the next day. They reluctantly did so, with a tip. Your rep should have made his own arrangements with the hotel.
You might want to consider ceasing service to SLC.

I have never rented skis, boards and boots with equal ease or convenience. The Rossi gear was a good fit in every way, and the service was absolutely first rate. From now on, when I plan to rent, the first call I'll make will be to Ski Butlers.

I would consider adding more depth in all mountain carving boards. Many days West are meant for groomers and simple carving. The Rossignol line is limited. Good equipment, but limited. Consider Volkl, Fisher, Head, etc... Sounds like racing equipment, but many from the East want a fast ski that carves nice GS turns. The 83 and 88 from Rossignol is ok, but.... Having said that the 98 was a riot! You only had one pair which I was able to use. Great all mountain and powder equipment. Best part is staff. Please let them know. Deer Valley/Jackson Hole staff was really good. Change out on slopes was really cool! Changed gear three times in six days based on conditions. That is worth paying for. Had friends in same condo using Door 2 Door. We had very different experiences. You staff was on time and communicated very well. My friends experience was not the same. Please feel free to use any or all part of this communication.

I fell my 1st day out so only used the rentals for 3 hours on a 4 day rental. The bindings did not release. Doc says I have a torn MCL and ACL...So I have to wonder if the bindings were set correctly.

My second time renting from Ski Butlers and the convenience cannot be beat. The staff are extremely friendly, punctual, and professional.

Although the skis functioned well enough, they were a bit worse for wear with the coating peeling off on the edges. They did -- however, seem to perform fine.

So I'm a tough fit for boots. The staff was really accommodating. We had some equipment issues that went beyond "fit and finish" issues that weren't great... Like a kids binding issue that was handled as well as they could but was a pain in the rear for the whole trip. All in all, really nice and extremely helpful staff but equipment was not the quality of the previous provider.

Your service was incredible. Absolutely no complaints about the tremendous service reps we dealt with, as we changed boots and skis multiple times. But the equipment is better suited to people who have never skied, or who don't know what good equipment is supposed to feel like. If novices are skiing, I would absolutely recommend you to them, and I may use you next time for our children, but my spouse and I will likely seek demo equipment next time. I don't plan to ski on Rossignol skis again.

I have very wide feet and they were able to accommodate me, albeit with 29.5's (I'm a 27.5). My son was injured the 2nd day and unable to ski the 3rd (Dr's orders). They expressed genuine concern when I called to tell them the helmet he was wearing had been struck and that they could come and retrieve it and his board. They credited back the 3rd day of rental...I didn't even ask.

I chose to use Ski Butlers because of the positive reviews online. I used this service for my family and the other families that were traveling with us. The entire experience was great! The staff was punctual, professional and helpful. The equipment is in very good condition. When we called them with questions, they came right away and even met us on the slopes. Our entire group commented on their outstanding service. We will definitely use them every time we go skiing.

Have to say how helpful and courteous your Manager Mike C. (Park City Location) was as well as knowledgebale about the equipment, ski conditions, and our level of ability to get the proper fit. Mike made recommendations on the type and length of ski that would fit our skiing abilities and make the most sense given the weather conditions. Although we picked up the skis and boots in the shop, we had service the following day to adjsut size, and when we were done, they came right to the hotel to pick up the rentals. More time for us to relax in the hot tub! Mike was more than professional in both his knowledge of the equipment and desire to service us. THANKS MIKE. We will never again ski anywhere there is not a Ski Butler.

We ordered performance equipment and none of us felt that we had anything but run of the mill equipment. We rent our skis, boots, and snowboards every year, and this is by far the poorest quality that we have received.
Your service is very good, just improve the quality of your equipment, or give customers the quality that they pay for.

Service was great. My only complaint was that the edges on my skis were very dull. The conditions were firm and as an ex-racer it was disappointing to have no edges. I'm sure 95% of customers wouldn't notice or care.

Most comfortable boots I have ever used. They were the third pair that Joe the ski butler tried and I'm glad he kept insisting that my boots should not be uncomfortable because I never knew that. I always thought ski boots were supposed to hurt. Now I know that I am a 6.5 instead of size 7.

My experience with SkiButlers was great. Unfortunately I didn't get much of a chance to test out the equipment as I took a bad fall and injured my knee the first day out! SkiButlers not only refunded the remaining days of my rental agreement, but offered to refund the entire amount including my first day. I will definitely use them again when I am back on the mountain next year!

I was Introduced to the Rossignol ski boots in Zermatt,Utah in January . Came back skiying in February in the Canyons and had a hard time finding the Rossignol ski boots . They are so light in weight and so easy to put on which is important to me as a begener skier ...
Only ski butlers carried them around the Canyons area ..

With the skis that I rented from Ski Butlers, I was confident tackling every part of the mountain. They edged quickly when necessary, floated through powder, made effortless turns through bumps and tress, and sailed down groomers. Can't ask for anything more

You pushed overly long skis on me, which I rejected, and the ones you gave me, while okay were powder skis when there was no powder. As I'm a pretty advanced skier and was skiing with intermediates on groomers at Deer Valley, it didn't matter all that much to me, but they were definitely inappropriate for the conditions and not what I wanted. I did not request a powder ski.

The boots I had were, by far, the most comfortable boots I've ever rented. The kids liked having the inserted booties as well. My 9 year old always complained about her ankles hurting in ski boots but didn't with your boots!

They provided skies for a my family of 10 and delivered and picked up on different days as various family members arrived and departed. It was convenient and timely. They also responded slope side to a boot issue and changed out one set of skies for a higher performance selection. All in all, it made our trip for a large family easier.

As an expert skier on 10 year old equipment (only get 5 to 10 days a year anymore) I loved the Ross E88's - not too turny, not to straight, but just right. Good in bumps. I've rented performance skis before but have never enjoyed them like this. Of course this is praise for the ski company. But you had good judgement in providing me with them.

Equipment was fine. Not sure if I did not like the skis as much as my last trip because the skis were different ones or I wasn't skiing as well!

A minor note. When we returned to the ski locker after you picked up our skis, our coats and boots were still in there and you left the door wide open and the lights on,even with our other personal belongings in it.
Nothing went missing and the place was fine, but just an fyi to check those things before you take off.

Ski Butlers has the best equipment. We have had to call back 1) to replace a set of skis that kept popping off & 2) to exchange to larger boots. It's kinda my own fault cause I opted to rent boots.... but those boots were f-ing brutal! I got some series ankle bruising to the point that day two our day was cut short cause my friend and I hurt so bad.... and we're not sissys! We're used to a stiff racing boot but those were super rough around the ankle bone. Ski's were great though!

I will rent from Ski Butlers from this point forward. From the time I initiated contact about equipment, the staff was excellent. When I arrived in Park City for my trip, I had a number of weather delays as well as baggage issues. The people there were very understanding and accommodated me every way they could. The delivery of skis was on time and they were willing to pick up the equipment on the mountain as well. I'm completely satisfied and will use Ski Butlers again in the future.

A plastic clip from my binding came off. Aslo, rented with a bunch of friends and you mixed up the binding adjustments on 2 of our skis. But the service is outstanding. Second to none. Just tighten up quality a bit.

Great with kids! Did 2 trips to Deer Valley for my 6 & 8-year old daughters' first ski experiences. Ski Butlers provided them with great equipment and made it easy and comfortable for them to use. Everyone in the family liked their equipment, some more than others. We booked late and there was limited selection during the holiday week. This affected our choices. My one teenage son thought his skies and boots were the best he ever had. They greatly improved his skiing, from my observations. A stiffer, large snow board would have been preferred by my other son. My skis did not exactly match my carving skiing style. However, these comments are just nit picking. All equipment was in great shape/brand new and made for an enjoyable vacation.

The skis my son & I used were in excellent condition, high end & current season (I think) Everything was great... I have been renting from Ski Butlers for years now & they are terrific! The only time I will not use them is when & if I bring my own skis out... but, these days, it is a burden, Renting from Ski Butlers is THE BEST! They even allowed me to leave the skis & boots at Deer Valley, when we were done skiing. They picked up the claim tags at our condo to retrieve skis/boots so we didn't have to schlepp them back to the condo!

Horrible, ill-fitting equipment on Day 1 caused me to have to sit on the sidelines for Day 2 and 3 of my ski vacation in Park City. For the prices I paid I expected much better equipment. I can't imagine what it would have been like if I hadn't upgraded to the 'better' equipment.

As per previous posts, I will only rent with Ski Butlers, I shopped around for the cheapest price but the service and equipment were terrible. They even met us to refit new ski boots that we purchased at Park City Ski and Boot. Can't recommend them enough.

My son decided that he wanted to ski instead of snowboard because our plans changed. No problem. Garret brought the snowboard all of the way back into town, picked up a pair of twin tip skis and brought them back to us with plenty of time to make the lifts. The equipment and the service was fabulous!

The staff was outstanding. They delivered snowboards to our condo at 7am. They swapped us out to skis at lunchtime on the slopes. Return of equipment was simple. This was by far the best ski rental experience I have ever had.

This was the easiest way we have ever rented skis. A young knowledgeable 'Ski Butler' arrived at 6:15 pm the day of our arrival at our townhouse on he mountain to deliver and set up the skis with the boots we owned. The equipment was excellent.
We even stayed on to ski an extra day , gave SB a call and changed the date. The day of our departure we left our skiis and poles outside the front door and they were picked up for return. A great way to make this process easy and painless ... For the same amount of $$$

The only issue I had was that the first set of boots did not fit properly. When your very very cheerful staff brought a second set of boots the next day, he included a pair that is for women. I suggest that it would be a good idea to always explore this option with your female clients.

First time I have used SkiBulter and the service and quality of the equipment was out standing. Mike the person who delivered the equipment was on time and gave us great advice on where to ski at Park City based of resort conditions and terrain . He was also very helpful on recommending place to eat in Park City.

This is the 3rd year I have used this service in Park City and it is outstanding. I called on the way up from the airport and the Ski Butler van was pulling up to the curb when I arrived at the condo. I wanted to try a different pair of skis on the 4th day of skiing and they met me at the lift to swap. I wish all businesses were this accommodating.

ross was fantastic - such a great helper..all the employees we interacted w/ were top notch- personable knowledgable service oriented- GREAT. the service was completely customer centered, cost more but worth SO much more than the slight increase in cost - would recommend to anyone who asks! on mountain switch service was invaluable...think about it $96 for say 16 runs per day max is $6 per run...so by them coming to you that saves tons of $$!! we used that twice, for pole and boot switch- really rescued 2 of the days for our kids! thanks!!

Nicholas was fantastic! My family was skiing for the first time in Deer Valley. He was quick to put us at ease as well as fitting all 5 of us with boots and skis. What a fantastic service. Ski Butlers promptly showed up at our rental home in Park City and outfitted 15+ family members in an organized fashion. Equipment was flawless and their patience superb. We headed out to ski the first day and realized one member of the family had an uncomfortable boot situation. Ski Butlers quickly arrived at the slope with larger boots for the family member which made the day just perfect. On the last day of skiing, they showed up precisely when we were told to pick up their equipment. We will call on them each year!!

Good service. We were a walk-in customer from next door at the Park City Marriott. We waited 10 minutes or so and finally left when no one came in to wait on us. I called the number, and the guy said they were in the equipment room across the hall. I suggest you place a sign on the counter that says to check across the hall. The equipment room was not marked as Ski Butlers, so we had no way to know we should knock on that door.

I am a Ski Instructor, at a local major Ski Resort. Not only was the service great at the Ski Butlers, the prices were the best I could find.
We rented Demos, I don't think they had ever been used ever. It's my understanding that 80% of the gear Ski Butlers is new.
The service by far is the best I have ever experienced!

I originally thought that delivery would be a pain, but the 30% group (wedding) discount won me over. I was wrong, as it was a seamless operation by your team! Ordering was a breeze, as was the drop off and pick-up. Our pick-up location was different than our drop-off location, and they happily accommodated. Additionally, all of us were really impressed with your staff, as they were very friendly and professional.

Was a great service! Only problem I had was that my boots were a little big(which resulted in a bad case of shin bang) , and my skis a little short. I don't think I was very clear on my ability, Which was my fault. Overall it was a good experience and I will use your services again. I will just be a little more careful to get the right gear.

We were really pleased with the service we received from Ski Butlers. We called the night before we were planning to ski and it was not a problem at all to have our equipment delivered the next morning at 9 am.
They also offered to meet us on the slopes if we had any problems with any of our equipment!
I would highly recommend this company to anybody in the area. Friendly staff and great service.

Skiing for over 30 years and living at a ski resort year around I have only used top of the line equipment. Now a resident of Hawaii, when i travel to ski I can count on Ski Butlers to fit me with the newest gear. It is better than buying ski equpment because I get to ski the latest desgins every year. The euipment is not worn out, even the boots are new. My last two rentals I had never worn before boots! You can't beat the products and the service.

Fantastic service. We showed up in Deer Valley, had lunch and worried we'd forgotten to call Ski Butlers as we wanted to ski that afternoon and UPS was late with our skis. They were at our condo within 30 min! I rented AC30 Vokls while the boys rented Rossi kids racing. great service.

Ski Butlers was so professional and accomodating from the beginning of the reservation to the moment the equipment was picked back up. The reservation could not have been easier to book and the group made every effort to accomodate my requests. The drop off was precisely on time, directly at my condo door - within my resort, which required access key codes, etc. I was beyond impressed with Ski Butlers' services and would highly recommend using them. Beats waiting in line at the ski lodge rental shop ANY day! On top of it all, the prices were very comporable and competative. A+ in my book.

The service is more expensive than resort rentals, but it was easy and effortless without having to wait in lines. I would definitely do it again. I called on a powder day to request exchange for fat powder skis and they didn't have any in stock, so I had to stay with my original rentals. That was the only thing that I wished would've worked out better.

Love the delivery right to you! It makes it very convenient not to have to schelp the equipment from the store to wherever you are staying. Even better is the pickup because at the end of your trip you are usually pretty tired.

The service is what makes this such a great experience. The valets are knowledgeable and friendly/diplomatic. They seem happy to help, speedy with changes and spend as much time is necessary to help achieve the right fit and solutions.
The equipment quality was very good but not exceptional, pretty much as you would expect for the price. We went with the Performance Plus pkg, no upgrade on the boots.

I could not have been happier with Ski Butlers. They accommodated my schedule, which meant making two trips to my condo for staggered arrivals. We rented for 5 people and each of us was very pleased with the equipment's performance. And no one even complained about the rental boots being uncomfortable. When does that happen? The equipment and delivery worked out perfectly. I objected to the $10 service charge which was insideously on the invoice and it was removed. There should not be extra added charges as a matter of policy. If you need to charge more, then do so up front and don't hide it in a service charge.

We used SB last year for the first time. We will never go back. The additional $11/day for upgraded boots was well worth the comfort - they were incredible! You will not regret your decision to get your equipment delivered to your door.

We have used Ski Butler in Deer Valley for the past 4 years. The service has always been excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone. My kids were having a snowball fight when they came to pick up our skis. One of my daughters accidentially?? hit one of the guys. Both of them joined in the fight and our kids thought that was really cool!!

Tristan was your rep that worked with us. He was great, from age 5 to 71.
Equipment was fine except for some of the pole straps - ragged and torn- but not enough to bother with the logistics of replacements.

We really were delighted with the entire Ski Butler experience and it made our ski vacation very special. It was the first time my wife & I skied in about 30 years. It was great to bring our son 22 years old (snow boarder) and daughter 21 years old who skied for the first time in her life. Service was top drawer and equipment was new and perfectly fitted.

With a wife and four kids 11 and under, I was relieved someone could fit us at our cabin. I was pleased at the professionalism and attitude of the guys that fit our family with ski equipment. I will use them again hands down. There may be others in the industry but why risk it....use Ski Butlers!

The Ski Butler service was fantastic. Three out of four of us felt that our skis were not right for the conditions and that somehow we had gotten the last skis of a category. That said, when we called, we got new skis 24 hours later for the second two days of our four day vacation which made a difference. We went from being a bit discouraged about the equipment and the amount paid for it to pleased that we were heard and that a change could be made.

I don't know why anyone would go any where else for rental equipment. Ski Butlers has well maintained, top of the line equipment that is delivered right to your door. It couldn't be simpler. Why wait in line for rentals when you can get setup while sitting in your condo, having a cocktail and watching the game.

Ski Butlers rocks! My trip started out great when I realized I could save money on baggage by not having to check skis on the plane. Then I arrived and before I even had to think about it I had skis delivered directly to me. On top of making my travel worlds easier the amazing Ski Butlers staff some how knew a snowstorm was brewing and offered me an upgrade to the top of the line volkl powder ski. Sure enough we got a 2ft dump and I was in heaven! Thanks guys for making every aspect of my trip amazing!

I requested the basic skis ($39/day package) but was charge for somthing more($49/day). Not sure where the mix up was but I suspect it had something to do with the day of rental reservation.

The actual pick up and delivery was great...each guy that came was helpful and friendly. There were a few mistakes in the actual equipment delivered vs. what was requested. Nothing terrible and it all got sorted out but I spent the first few days on skis that were longer than I wanted. In the end I got a pair that were perfect.

We rented two helmets and three sets of skis/poles - One of the helmets we tried was put back on the van, so we had to call the van again and have him meet us at the mountain - One of our boots did not fit properly into the binder so we had to go to Deer Valley rental and have them fix it

Ski butler significantly increased the luxury of our ski vacation to Deer Valley. We arrived at the condo and 3 Ski Butler guys showed up and outfitted 8 people in our group in about 30 minutes start to finish. Much faster than a shop and in the comfort of our own condo. All the equipment was great and only one person wanted to try a different boot the next day. We called and the Ski Butler guy brought exchange boots to the slopes and was exactly on time and with the right equipment. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Good job but it would have been easier to rent at Deer Valley since that was the only place we went. You should offer a service where you load them into the lockers there. Also, one of my wife's boots leaked. But everyone was very nice.

Ski Butlers is awesome. The person fit us quickly and seemed completely unfazed by everyone eating breakfast and getting ready in the house. The skis were terrific on the slopes and the boots hurt less than usual ski boots. After skiing then showed up to pick the skis in the evening -- after I completely forgot to call them. Ski Butlers is a real value when you consider not spending your entire morning in line to pick up equipment!
