I am a repeat customer who can't always travel with my gear. Ski Butlers' scheduled delivery and pick up of the equipment means it's about your schedule, not like the average rental shop.

Once again i had a fantastic experience using Skibutlers in Whistler. Had problems with boots and Karen and her team mades sure they did whatever the could to make it work for me. Only comment is that being right at the end of the season, the gear was starting to be a little worn and tired through use, but im sure they will have all new gear again for next season. Looking forward already to next season and will definately use the service again.

Excellent service and staff! One of us had boot issues on first day of skiing and within 10 minutes of a call to SkiButlers, a staff member rescued me at the base of Blackcomb with a variety of new boots to sample! Very happy with their service and timeliness. Would never rent skis without them again!

The equipment was great - however i would have expected you brought more than two pairs of boots to try on as it's always difficult finding the perfect fit.
We had to stop after a few hours and go down to the base of Whistler to get new pair.
Beyond this your service is great!

OMG, I was so impressed with the service of this company. The no hassle vacation. They arrive promptly at our hotel at the time they had confirmed. In the equipment rental the snowboard we had rented was too long within 15 minutes the techinician was back at our hotel with another board, adjusted the bindings and made sure all our equipment was ready to go for the next morning. Plus they loaned us a boot dryer, awesome.
In my line of business our moto "is make it easy to do business" and Ski Butler has this covered.
When I go back to Whistler this is the way to go, they have high end equipment, why haul your skies when these guys do such a great job.

They service worked perfectly. My skis were delivered the evening before my first day of skiing so I could just hit the slopes the next morning and were picked up from my condo after I left. The Ski Butler was the absolute icing on the top of our vacation!!!! I have never had such great, friendly, prompt, accomodating service! The gentleman who helped our party were fantastic! They were very helpful in making sure our skis fit perfectly to ensure a great ski experience. They were very accomodating as far as drop off/pick up. They were very patient and friendly as well. Ski Butlers to the rescue in 2012;
As I posted on my Facebook page, Chantal at the Whistler location was the perfect ambassador for the company. We had tried several times, without success, to find suitable rental equipment for my wife through the "in-house" ski rental company at Fairmont's Chateau Whistler. Knowing we only had the following day left to ski I found Ski Butlers online and placed my emergency call. Chantal answered and politely assessed the situation and found a solution.
With my wife not feeling great about the service from the other rental company she asked if I would meet with the Ski Butler representative in the hotel lobby. Within a very short time Chantal was in the front lobby with our skis. I brought one of my wife's ski boots and within minutes Chantal had fit them into the bindings and made the adjustments. Before i knew it we were finished.
Now that is true concierge service!

I was very satisfied with the very friendly, timely service, as well as the quality of the equipment. Unfortunately, the first pair of boots that was provided to my daughter was too large, which led to her having shin pain and to us all missing two days of skiing. However, Ski Butlers promptly came to our condo and provided other boot options. She was able to ski our last day and the additional day's rental was provided free of charge, which I felt to be quite fair. Perhaps the misfit of the first boot could have happened with other rental services. I would suggest that the importance of proper fitting be reviewed with all staff delivering boots to ensure the best fit.

The boot choices I had the first day were really tight and I should have went a size up. The next day a new set were delivered and I actually needed two sizes bigger. By this time it was too late, the small boot from the day prior had hurt my feet too bad and I couldn't ski. It's really my fault, I should have insisted on a larger size the first day.

Only complaint is that their helmet selection was a bit lacking, and therefore not comfortable. But, bought a helmet, called Ski Butlers, and they promptly picked it up, and credited my account without having to ask. Highly recommend them!

We recently used Ski Butlers for 3 sets of skis. They arrived at the condo, took the time to make sure everybody's equipment was ok and then met us at the end of the day to pick the equipment up. Couldn't have been easier. And no problems with any equipment all day long. Great service! Everyone at Ski Butlers was a pleasure to work with.

Couldn't have asked for more. Our ski butler arrived during the time we requested (even after we had to reschedule the night before - and there were no charges for changing our delivery time!). Equipment worked great and our butler was willing and able to answer our questions. This is a great service and made our trip much more enjoyable as we were able to stay at the condo and relax instead of trying to figure out how to haul our skis back to the condo.

I recently used skibutlers at Whistler and found them to be very courteous, efficient and professional. Both of us had initial problems on day one with our skis and boots and the staff brought replacement equipment to us at the base of the mountain to change out within an hour. My only comment would be that the equipment is a little dated, compared to the performance gear i saw at the local rental shops, but otherwise a great experience and would definately use the service again.

Really great service all around. A little bit disapointed however with level of skis rented. Requested a pair of advanced skis and was delivered a pair of beginners. It doesn't influence the quality of the equipment. Would definitely still recommand your company.

Josh was great, very friendly and informative. He was on time and never made us feel he was in a rush; he took the time to get us the best fit and style of boot (very important since we had a sprained ankle to deal with...). Pick-up was also prompt (but relaxed with respect to when he could come). So much easier than slogging the rentals back to a shop after an active day on the slopes.

Ski Butlers made this as convenient as possible. They dropped by the same night we arrived so that our gear was ready to go when the lifts opened and picked up after our last day of skiing. We got to be as lazy as possible. Thanks.

This service was even better than I expected. I was able to relax in our suite and they picked up and delivered my snowboard exactly when they said they would.
