Ski Butlers South Lake Tahoe Wins John Rust Award

South Lake Tahoe, CA…Ski Butlers South Lake Tahoe wins its the John Rust Award for exceptional customer service, scoring a 96.74% on its NPS Score*, the highest of any Ski Butlers location.

In memory of John Rust, a former Ski Butlers team member who passed away from Osteosarcoma, Ski Butlers has created the John Rust Award for exceptional customer service. This award is given annually to the Ski Butlers location that scores the highest on the NPS Score. Ski Butlers will donate $1000 on behalf of the winning location to the Pediatric Cancer Foundation for Osteosarcoma cancer research.
