Each Family Rental Day Pack includes rental days for two adults and two juniors.

You can purchase additional individual rental days for extra guests when you reserve.

Rental packages for every ability level are available when you reserve: Junior, Tweener, Performance and High Performance.

Yes. Ski Butlers delivery and fitting are included when you make your reservation. You can also opt for our Express service.

No blackout dates for the 2026–27 season. Reservations are subject to availability.

Yes. Accessories and add-ons can be selected for additional purchase when you make your reservation.

Yes. Your pack covers one trip, booked all at once — a 4-day pack means a 4-day trip, not two shorter trips. 

Your pack covers the number of days you bought. Skiing fewer days than that doesn't bank or refund the difference, so it's worth matching your pack to your actual trip length. 

Packs are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to cancel a booked trip before it starts, contact Reservations — depending on timing, we may be able to reissue your code for a later trip.
