Brandon was such a great guy to work with! A day in, I changed my rental term length and switched from a snowboard to skis… Brandon didn’t even hesitate to make all of the necessary arrangements and deliver the new gear. Next time you’re in Aspen, do yourself a huge favor give him a call.

My first time using your company. I was apprehensive about at 7am delivery for 28 people. The guys in green jackets worked like an army and we were all ready to go within 30 minutes. Excellent service. Was surprised when we had a problem with one of our ski boots and you actually came out to the ski resort to swap it out. Then the next day you came to a restaurant to pick up a helmet that was left behind.

The Ski Butler experience was our first and it was awesome!! With 3 kids the ski rental processes can be grueling but with Ski Butlers coming to our condo allowing the kids to watch tv or play games while waiting for their fitting was great. Ryan was great to work with he took the time to make sure everything fit and was comfortable!! Wonderful experience, we can’t wait to hit the slopes next year!!

We were more than satisfied with the service you provided us on our vacation! It was the first time for both our families to use your service and we were just amazed how knowledgeable and professional your staff was. The first day one of our kids wanted to change their skiies in and get a snowboard and within a half hour a staff member was at the slope and found us in the midst of 1000’s of pepole and changed out his equipment. Each time we have used Ski Bulters has been a wonderful experience. They understand customer service! From delivery with a smile to our room to pick up at the parking lot at the bottom of lift on our final day, we were always treated exceptionally well. Their equipment is top of the line and in excellent condition as well. We’ve rented through Ski Butlers at multiple locations and have found each site to be as good as the last.

Ben and the North Tahoe SkiButlers did a great job of outfitting our family for a skiing vacation. The equipment was first class, and the service was excellent. Definitely when we ski in the US. My son did not really know the fit till he skied for 1 day. The people were very helpful and responsive and brought another boots for him to chg the nxt day. Equipment were all new and great brand. Enjoyed the equipment!!!!

Nicholas was fantastic! My family was skiing for the first time in Deer Valley. He was quick to put us at ease as well as fitting all 5 of us with boots and skis. we have been skiing on rental equipment for 15 years and getting the equipment is always the dreaded event of the first evening. Not this year! Ski Butlers is the best thing we did this year, they were very responsive to all the changes in size of boots, advice on equipment and even switching to snow boards. Will definitely use them again!

Wow! What a delight it was renting my equipment from Ski Butlers! They answer the phone on the first ring, remember me from previous seasons, take time to assure a proper fit, show up on time for delivery, their equipment is top drawer, and their pricing is a full 20 % lower than the ski rental shop (Beaver Creek Sports) at my hotel (Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch).

I didn’t communicate with you last night because it was in fact me that was injured, well drugged while family was getting me back to Vancouver through pretty bad weather. I was very satisfied with the very friendly, timely service, as well as the quality of the equipment. Unfortunately, the first pair of boots that was provided to my daughter was too large, which led to her having shin pain and to us all missing two days of skiing. However, Ski Butlers promptly came to our condo and provided other boot options. She was able to ski our last day and the additional day’s rental was provided free of charge, which I felt to be quite fair. Perhaps the misfit of the first boot could have happened with other rental services. I would suggest that the importance of proper fitting be reviewed with all staff delivering boots to ensure the best fit.
