How does Ski Butlers service work?

Simply book your reservation online, by calling Ski Butlers or through your accommodations. We will deliver all your equipment rentals directly to you on the date and time of your choosing, offer full-support throughout your rental and will pick all your equipment up after your final ski day.

Does Ski Butlers bring extra boot sizes?

This is our #1 question and we have it covered. Sit back and relax, as we bring a variety of boot sizes to ensure a guaranteed perfect fit for every renter.

What if there is a problem with the equipment during my rental?

We're on our way. Simply call or text to let us know what's not quite right and we'll be there within one hour. Boots feel a bit off? No problem, we'll bring a variety of other options. Skis too long or too short? We've got plenty of inventory to find the perfect pair.

How does pickup work?

We pick all your equipment up from your accommodations between 4-8pm on your final rental day. If you have a special pickup request, simply let us know the details and we will make sure to accommodate. You do not need to be present for pick up.

Can I switch from skiing to snowboarding or vice versa during my rental?

Yes, as long as there is inventory available, you are more than welcome to switch as much between skiing and snowboarding as you like.

Is there a rental days or renter minimum?

We have a two day and one renter minimum the majority of the ski season. We have a three day and two renter minimum per order from 12/23/22 - 1/1/23, 2/15/23 - 2/20/23 and 3/9/23 - 3/19/23.

What is your cancellation policy?

Ski Butlers has one of the least restrictive cancellation policies in the ski industry. If you cancel you order 24 hours or more before your scheduled delivery date and time, there will be no penalty or charge for canceling. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date and time, you will be charged 25% of the order total.

When do you charge the credit card?

We charge the credit card after the delivery at your accommodations. This is to ensure we know you are more than satisfied with our service and equipment. During the booking process, your credit card is used to hold your reservation only.

How does pricing work?

Ski Butlers uses dynamic pricing to manage our demand, to ensure we can deliver the same exceptional service to all our customers. If you need to add more renters to your order after your initial booking, their package price may be different from existing renters.

Is there a delivery service fee?

Absolutely not. We don't have any hidden fees. Our pricing include skis, boots, poles and our full delivery, support and pickup services. Helmets, goggles, high performance boots and damage coverage are add-ons.
