Ski Butlers has one of the least restrictive cancellation policies in the ski industry. If you cancel your order 24 hours or more before your scheduled delivery date and time, there will be no penalty or charge for canceling. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date and time, you will be charged 25% of the order total.
