Our Leadership Team

Bryn Carey – CEO and Founder
Bryn Carey founded Ski Butlers out of a single car garage in 2004 in Park City, Utah and has since led a successful expansion into 35 North American ski resorts. Born into a skiing family, he first hit the slopes when he was one year old.  Carey skied his way through high school at Carrabassett Valley Academy in Maine and The Winter School in Park City, Utah, before he attended the University of New Hampshire, where he had a successful athletic career captaining the NCAA Division I ski team.  He graduated with a degree in Business Administration and quickly applied his degree towards his old summer business, Park City Seal Coat, and his newer venture, Ski Butlers. Today he lives in Park City, Utah.

Jake Hardy – COO
Jake Hardy has been with Ski Butlers since the winter of 2009. He started as a ski technician before being promoted to General Manager of Ski Butlers Park City and was then named Vice President in 2011. In 2015 he moved into the role of Chief Operating Office. Hardy, who grew up in Maine, has a classic, New England ski racing pedigree, first skiing at Carrabassett Valley Academy and then collegiately at Bates College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  Hardy claims his perfect day is skiing powder at Snowbird with his wife and friends.  Today he lives in Park City, Utah.

Mike Cremeno – CMO
Born and raised in Pembroke, New Hampshire, Mike first hit snow at the ripe age of 2. Being from a racing family, he was quickly thrown into the Race Program at Pat’s Peak and loved every minute of it, continuing his racing career through college. Mike chose the University of New Hampshire not only for its great Business School, but also for the fun, competitive atmosphere the NCAA Division I Ski Team at UNH offered. During his time at UNH, Mike earned All-American honors at the 2009 NCAA Championships and was named Captain of the UNH Team his Senior year. Immediately upon graduating, Mike moved out to Park City, UT to try and develop his career within the sport that had given him so much. Mike has been with Ski Butlers since the fall of 2011, where he started as a Ski Technician and was quickly promoted to Team Leader a month into the season. After the 2011/12 season came to a close he took on the responsibilities of General Manager for two years, was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing the spring of 2014 and Chief Marketing Office in March of 2018.
