5 Years and Counting...Platinum Service Award
Ski Butlers is honored to be recognized for winning Vail Valley’s Platinum Service Award Winner for the 2011-12 season. This is our fifth consecutive year winning the award, the only ski shop in Vail to have won it five years in a row.
How do we do it? One word: Culture.
When you work with people you love working with, and after work relax with the same people, a special bond is developed. At Ski Butlers, it is very likely all of us who work together now, will remain friends for life. Because of this, there is a high level of accountability and a constant team first, individual second attitude displayed by all team members allowing us to promise each customer they will be completely satisfied each time they rent with Ski Butlers.
Our company prides itself on nothing more than delivering legendary service to our customers. By utilizing the Platinum Service Program, it gives our team accountability toward maintaining such high customer service scores. At Ski Butlers, we use the NPS (Net Promoter Score) to accurately evaluate and track our customer service. Each customer who uses Ski Butlers is sent a follow up email after their trip asking three questions about their experience. The questions are:
- Would you recommend us to a friend or colleague?
- How would you rate the quality of our equipment?
- Were you satisfied with the timeliness to complete the rental transaction?
We use the first question to determine our NPS because it encompasses all parts of the customer experience with Ski Butlers. Although we put a huge focus internally on delivering legendary service, we would not be receiving this recognition for the fifth consecutive year without the support of all the people on the outside of our company. From our customers to the wonderful travel agents we work with, and everyone in between, we would like to thank all of you for allowing us to be in a position to accept such a humbling honor.
We will continue to use the Platinum Service Program to train new team members, learn from our past, and most importantly, keep a focus on always maintaining the best customer service in our industry. If you rent with Ski Butlers and are not “WOW’d” by our customer service, we have not satisfied our mission to be the best ski rental company in the world!
