Sun Valley Local Guide

As the first destination winter resort in the U.S. and home to the world’s first chairlifts, Sun Valley has long been a top ski town to visit.  Since opening in 1936 it has been home to ski bums, celebrities, and life-long dwellers. It certainly balances a ski town with a community very well.  Offering more than 2,000 acres of skiing of uncrowded terrain and spectacular views, it is a must for all skiers.
