How does Ski Butlers service work?
We will deliver all your equipment rentals directly to your accommodations, offer full-support throughout your rental and will pick all your equipment up after your final ski day. 

Does Ski Butlers bring extra boot sizes?
This is our #1 question and we have it covered. Sit back and relax, as we bring a variety of boot sizes to ensure a guaranteed perfect fit for every renter.

 
What if there is a problem with the equipment during my rental?
We're on our way! Simply give us a call, let us know what's not quite right and we'll be there within 45 minutes. Boots feel a bit off? No problem, we'll bring a variety of other options. Skis too long or too short? We've got plenty of inventory to find the perfect pair. Just give us a call and let us know where to meet you. 

How does pickup work?
We will pick all your equipment up from your accommodations between 4-8pm on your final rental day.  

Can I switch from skiing to snowboarding or vice versa during my rental?
Wow, you are the ambitious type! Yes, as long as there is availability you are more than welcome to switch as much between sports as much as you like. 

 
Is there a minimum rental period?
Only two days for most of the season. We have a 3 day minimum 12/23/19 - 1/1/20.

 
What is your cancellation policy?
Ski Butlers has no cancellation policy. You may cancel any time before your scheduled delivery. The only reason we believe you will cancel is if there is an emergency or you are having travel issues. Those are all out of your control and we understand if you have to cancel. 

 
When do you charge the credit card?
We charge the credit card after the delivery, once we know you are more than satisified with our service and equipment. During the booking process, your credit card is used to hold your reservation only.

 
Is there a delivery service fee?
No way! We don't have any hidden fees. Prices include skis, boots, poles and our full delivery, support and pickup services. Helmets, Goggles, High Performance Boots and Insurance are add-ons.

 
What are the benefits of Ski Butlers Plus?
Ski Butlers Plus will keep all your historical information on file for easy and fast reservations during future bookings. Login 24/7 to make a new reservation, re-book past reservations, and more.

 
Can I make a Ski Butlers Plus account if I already have a reservation?
We've thought of everything. Please go to the "Reservations" tab and select “Find a Reservation” and then select “Create Account” on the “Confirmation Page” of your reservation.

 
Can I buy the skis I rent?
For sure! Most equipment will not be available to purchase until after March 15th. You may also visit our online store, powered by Backcountry to purchase anything you may need for your upcoming trip.

 
Discount Options at Aspen/Snowmass, Vail/Beaver Creek, Park City/Deer Valley, Big Sky, North Lake Tahoe and Whistler/Blackcomb:
Save 15% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days or have a group of 15 or more. Save 25% when you book online for at least 9 consecutive days. Blackout dates apply for all discounts for the 2019/20 season: 12/20/19 - 1/1/20 and 2/12/20 - 2/17/20.

 
Discount Options at Breck/Keystone/Copper, Jackson Hole and South Lake Tahoe:
Save 10% when you book online 7 days in advance of your delivery date. Save 15% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days or have a group of 15 or more. Save 25% when you book 9 or more days. Blackout dates apply for all discounts for the 2019/20 season: 12/20/19 - 1/1/20 and 2/12/20 - 2/17/20.

Discount Options at Steamboat: 
Save 10% when you book online 7 days in advance of your delivery date. Save 15% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days or have a group of 15 or more. Save 25% when you book online for at least 9 consecutive days. Kids Rent FREE with each paying Adult Rental of 5 days or more with our Performance Package or above. First Timer Package is not eligible for this promotion. Blackout dates apply for all discounts for the 2019/20 season: 12/20/19 - 1/1/20 and 2/12/20 - 2/17/20.

Discount Options Sun Valley and Telluride: 
Save 10% when you book online 7 days in advance of your delivery date. Save 15% when you book online for at least 6 consecutive days or have a group of 15 or more. Save 25% when you book online for at least 9 consecutive days. Kids Rent FREE with each paying Adult Rental of 4 days or more with our Performance Package or above.
