But what's interesting to me based on all of my expereinces and all the advice I've read and listened to, when it comes to delivering great customer service, your thought processes needs to boil down to just one priciple: be a decent human being.

Creating More Time
One of the reasons I started working at Ski Butlers was the culture. I have been around the ski industry for a while- working at a ski shop in Pittsburgh during college, and now living in Park City for the past 7 years.
