The Safest Way to Rent Skis

Skiing may be one of the most socially-distant activities out there. However, you will have to interact with others to get your ski rentals. Rather than waiting in a crowded line at a busy shop, let us come to you with the following new safety protocols. We have put together the following 4‑step program to provide transparency into our procedures as we move forward with next ski season. These procedures will be revised throughout the season as government policies and mandates by the CDC, WHO, and each of our local Departments of Public Health change.

TEAM MEMBERS

Our team members #1 priority is to keep our guests and each other safe this season. With this in mind, team members will be required to wear masks and gloves at all times. Additionally, all team members will have a temperature reading upon arriving to work each day. While this means that you may not get the big smile or formal handshake you are used to upon opening your door to us, you will still receive 5 star service in a safer way.

BOOT FITTINGS

Customers will be able to choose between no or limited touch boot fittings. We understand the desire for contactless interactions, and we will make sure to accommodate all our customers requests while still safely fitting your boots, bindings, and making DIN settings on your skis. From a safe distance, we can help guide our customers with the boot fitting process without having to have direct contact.

OUR SHOPS

Cleaning protocols don’t just follow us on the road for deliveries. Back in each of our shops, team members will be working hard to disinfect all common use areas and equipment three times per day: morning, afternoon, and evening. In addition, we will staff each shift accordingly, allowing our team members to keep 6‑foot social distancing guidelines as they prepare your orders. This will ensure that your gear is freshly sanitized and good as new by the time it arrives in your accommodations.

THE VANS

Our delivery vans will be sanitized before and after each delivery. This is being done to ensure that all aspects of delivery are safe, yet still convenient for you. Importantly, this will also help to keep each of our team members safe.
