Packs are prepaid rental packages good for a fixed block of consecutive rental days, redeemed together on a single order. Each Pack purchase issues one redemption code, valid for the number of days in that Pack. Packs are sold in the following forms:
Individual Pack — 2, 3, or 4 consecutive rental days for one (1) guest, redeemed on a single order.
Family Pack — 2, 3, or 4 consecutive rental days for up to two (2) adults and two (2) junior guests (up to four (4) guests total), booked together on a single order.
A Pack's redemption code is valid only for the number of days purchased and cannot be split across multiple bookings. For example, a 4-day Pack must be redeemed as one 4-day consecutive rental — it cannot be used as two separate 2-day rentals, on two different orders, or on non-consecutive dates.
Packs are offered at a single blended, discounted rate and are sold only through SkiButlers.com.

Yes. Your pack covers one trip, booked all at once — a 4-day pack means a 4-day trip, not two shorter trips.
Your pack covers the number of days you bought. Skiing fewer days than that doesn't bank or refund the difference, so it's worth matching your pack to your actual trip length.
Packs are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to cancel a booked trip before it starts, contact Reservations — depending on timing, we may be able to reissue your code for a later trip.
